At All Star, we don’t measure success by growth or profit. We measure it by the number of satisfied customers who have a better home because we worked together. That’s why we’ve focused on building teams that listen, serve, and practice excellent craftsmanship.
All Star began when owner Jerrad Luedking was renovating his own bathroom, and a friend noticed the high quality of his work. Fortunately, for Jerrad and Northwest Illinois homeowners, this friend worked for a large area contractor, and he encouraged Jerrad to leave his job as an automotive technician and try the construction trades.
A few years later Jerrad and his brother Jordan were ready to branch out on their own. They’d proven themselves as tradesmen and worked on home projects all over the region and beyond. In the first week after they hung out their shingle as independent contractors, they signed contracts for remodeling projects with three homeowners and were off to the races. Soon the word spread about the quality of work and the ease of working with the All Star team.
As All Star grew, each project was assigned a dedicated team with a foreman who has thirty years of more of experience and remodelers that were held to a high quality standard. "Every company says they treat employees like family," Jerrad says, "but that's a reality here.
